Meet Buttercup

Buttercup thought she had finally found a safe place to call home. She was loved and cared for, and not long after, she gave birth to 12 puppies.

She tried so hard to care for every one of her babies, but sadly, three did not survive.

Then tragedy struck the family, and overnight, everything changed again. Buttercup and her nine puppies suddenly needed somewhere to go.

That's when A & K Animal Rescue stepped in.

Buttercup was scared and unsure when she arrived, but she never stopped caring for her babies. Slowly, she began to realize she was safe at home. She could rest, heal, and simply be a mom again.

Today, her nine puppies are growing, playful, and full of life. Buttercup has been through so much, but she remains a sweet and loving girl who still believes in people.

Buttercup and her babies are ready for their next chapter.

They just need someone to choose them.
